Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Limited drops may require an additional 2–4 days as pieces are prepped by hand.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• · Standard (3–5 business days): $6 flat — FREE on orders over $75
• · Express (2 business days): $18
• · Overnight (1 business day): $32

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days, reach out at support@thekattbrand.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
