REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email returns@thekattbrand.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US only) or instructions for international returns.
3. Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order — this is the fastest way to secure the size you want before it sells out.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
